Position Overview:

Nubilaria is seeking, for its Healthcare department, a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account to support our sales team in analyzing the requirements of contracts for clinical studies, managing release timelines, creating quotes, and facilitating communication between Sales, Administration, and Operations. This role involves:

  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as document compilation, communication management, report preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Understanding the details of the company’s products or services to respond to customer inquiries and support the sales team.
  • Capability to effectively manage and organize daily activities, including follow-ups, order management, and meeting scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for interaction with the sales team, clients, and other company departments.
  • A predisposition to meet customer needs, respond to their questions, and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with productivity software such as Microsoft Office or equivalents, to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze sales-related data and provide reports that can assist the sales team in making informed decisions.
  • Collaboration with the sales team and other company departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in the sales process and post-sales support.
  • Proactive approach in handling tasks and seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain and manage sales data, customer interactions, and lead tracking.
  • Support the sales team by analyzing clinical study protocols, determining timing requirements, and creating accurate quotations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth within the market.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, administration, and operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Management of customer support tickets.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to refining sales processes for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • English level B2 prerequisite.
  • Education/Background in the clerical or clinical field (f.i. Accounting diploma or higher qualification).
  • Knowledge of CRM software and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and statistical analysis are appreciated.
  • Experience in a similar role or in the healthcare or clinical research sector is appreciated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different departments.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
