Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This internship or entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact in various aspects of digital marketing, from social media to event coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management Support: Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, monitor engagement, and analyze performance through periodic reports.
- Content Creation for Blog and Website: Write articles, update web pages, and optimize content for SEO using AI tools, collaborating with the marketing and technical teams.
- Digital Performance Analysis: Use tools to monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user behaviour.
- Event and Marketing Initiative Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for events like webinars and podcasts (e.g., booking venues, promotional materials, vendor management).
- Multimedia Content Creation: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to produce graphics, videos, animations, and visual materials for social media and the website.
- Demo and UX/UI Material Design: Develop interactive demos or mockups to showcase platforms and case studies to clients.
- Trend Research: Identify digital marketing trends and relevant content to adapt them to the company’s strategy.
- Online Advertising Content Management: Support the execution and monitoring of ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Profile:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Digital Media, or related fields. Additional courses or a master’s degree in digital marketing is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity or brief experience with social media platforms, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp). Knowledge of best practices for content creation and performance analysis.
- Event Management: Knowledge or brief experience in supporting event operations, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Writing Skills: Ability to draft clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (e.g., articles, social posts, newsletters).
- Languages: Proficiency in English (minimum B2) and an additional language (French or Spanish preferred).
- SEO and SEA Knowledge: Basic understanding of search engine optimization strategies and online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Knowledge or brief experience with tools like Google/LinkedIn Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Ability to propose actions based on results.
- Creativity and Multimedia Skills: Ability to collaborate with graphic designers or use software for multimedia content creation. Familiarity with AI-powered graphic and video editing tools is a plus.
- UX/UI Basics: Interest or familiarity with user-centered design principles and tools like Figma to create mockups is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, creativity, collaboration, a problem-solving mindset, task organization, and time management.
